It is addressed to those surgeons who continue to perform stripping, who still represent the majority in Italy. It is addressed to those surgeons who are not phlebologists but continue to operate on varicose veins. It is especially aimed at younger surgeons who did not experience the profound crisis of ablative surgery with the advent of hemodynamic approaches in phlebology\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2026with this book we aim to bring back to the forefront, especially for younger surgeons, the study of the preoperative venous system through eco-color Doppler, focusing on simple and fundamental anatomical and hemodynamic parameters that represent the basis of ablative surgery.
